Our office is equipped with the latest diagnostic and treatment technological tools.
Intraoral Scanners
Our 3-D intraoral scanners create impressions digitally eliminating the need to place conventional metal trays and soft impression material in the patient’s mouth. And there is no radiation involved, since the image created by the scanner is essentially a photograph.
Panoramic
This is one the most common types of x-rays needed in all areas of dentistry in order to make a diagnosis, treatment plan and progress assessment.
Cephalometric
This radiograph, which is taken from the profile, is mostly used by orthodontists in order to determine the type of malocclusion (orthodontic problem) since teeth, bone and soft tissue (skin) are visible.
3-D printer
Used in the fabrication of digital dental models which then will be used to make surgical guides, orthodontic aligners and a lot more.
Dental laser
Among many other uses, the laser in our office is applied to treat gum disease (periodontitis), for biopsies and lesion removals. Lasers work by delivering energy in the form of light which acts as a cutting instrument or a vaporizer of tissue when it comes in contact with it.
